He is survived by: his wife Mary Poore Howell; his children, Charles Baird Howell IV (Sandi) of Omaha, Nebraska and Elizabeth Birmingham (Jerry) of Saline, Michigan; his stepchildren, Craig Sell (Becky) of Henderson, Nevada, Melanie Zahller (Tom) of Dothan and Julie Osnes (Thom) of Wayne, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Chris, Marisa, Mitchell, Andrew, Katherine, Jared, Zachariah, Bethany, Paige, Jonah, Emma, Meg and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Vivian. He is also survived by his children, then grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
