He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean; his children, Marcella McMartin (Phil) of Oakland, Iowa and John Pontow (Terri) of Carroll, Iowa; his grandchildren, Alex Pontow, Tanner Pontow and Jessica McMartin; his siblings, Bonnie Corron (Donald) of Ankeny, Iowa and Dale Pontow (Debie); and his brother-in-law Gary Perkins of Malvern, Iowa. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
