He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Louis and Cecilia Agnes Mayhew (Grotelueschen); and his wife Victoria Lane Dather. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Mayhew (Diane) of Glenwood, Iowa, Robert Mayhew (Michelle "Chell") of Malvern, Iowa and Ron Mayhew (Julie Crawford) of Bellevue, Nebraska. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many friends.
