She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Paddy" Powles and Nellie Marie Powles (Pace); her sons, Steven Claude and Rodney Guy; her sisters, Ruby Slaughter and Inez Cheyney; and her husbands, Claude Robertson and Harold Kolbe.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Robertson of Glenwood and Debra Niimi of Florida; her grandchildren, Melissa Engel (Rick), Michele Robertson, Philip Robertson, Holly Jackson (Jonathan), Danelle Robertson, Kaitlin Colatch (Zach), Scott Howser (Debbie) and Heath Howser (Jen); her great grandchildren, Rachel Donnini, Lacey Jackson, Isaiah Engel, Ian Engel, Livia Jackson, Maxton Jackson, Maverick Jackson, Taylor Howser, Carson Howser, Avery Howser, Claire Barajas and Claude Colatch; and also Elizabeth Robertson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peterson Mortuary (212 S Locust St, Glenwood, IA 51534). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
