It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Lorraine (Merritt) Roenfeld of Glenwood, Iowa, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Edward and Trinnie Merritt (Frazier). She is survived by: her husband Albert William Roenfeld; her siblings, Glen Merritt, Ed Merritt, Lynn Merritt and Ethel Wray (John); her sister-in-law Betty Merritt; her children, Tami Settles of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Teresa Foster (Vince) of Plattsmouth, Nebraska and Tim Roenfeld (Kim) of Glenwood, Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Carrie Merritt, Fern Jones of Glenwood and Irene Schoening of Glenwood, Iowa. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
