She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Johnson and Ivola Johnson (Harrison); and her husband Robert Smiley. She is survived by: her children, Helen Dimon (Dick) of Glenwood, Sara Ganske (Charles) of Glenwood, Robert Smiley (Jane Ward) of Council Bluffs and Nancy Stivers (Rodney) of Glenwood; her brother Alexander Johnson of Gallatin, Missouri; and her nieces, Janet Gibson and Lonna Bissonnette. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
