She was predeceased by: her parents, A. B. Fender and Pearl Fender (Clayton); her husband Blaine Hirt; and her son Bradley Hirt. She is survived by: her uncle Blaine; her family, Bradley, Brian and Brady; her sons, Brian Hirt (Teresa) of Glenwood, IA and Brady Hirt of Arnolds Park, IA; her grandchild Jordan Hirt (Chelsey); her great grandchildren, Leightynn and Laine of Council Bluffs; her grandson Dylan Hirt (Samantha); her great grandchild Deekin of Tabor, IA; her grandchild Ashley Finch (Robert); her great grandchildren, Hazel and Noell of Bellevue, NE; and also Hartley.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hartley Funeral Home (830 2nd St NE, Hartley, IA 51346). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at the Pleasant View Cemetery (680 S Central Ave, Hartley, IA 51346).
They participated in an Alzheimer's Support Group out of Spencer, IA and were faithful members of First Lutheran Church at Milford, IA.
