She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Milligan and Lula Milligan; her brother John Milligan; her husband Russell Royer; and her grandson Zach Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Anderson of Glenwood, IA and Becky (Evan McBlain) of Papillion, NE; and her grandchildren, Alexa Anderson, Kelsie, Megan, Andrew, Gwendolyn and Allison McBlain. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
