“I worked for Donnie when I first started construction. Anyone who has worked with him knows that his expectations were high of his crew. In the first year I worked for him, I wasn't sure if I could make it. He was so hard on his guys. You worked hard. He expected and demanded it. I have not seen him in years, but often think about him and am so grateful to have worked with him. The work ethic he instilled is still with me today, and I owe a great deal of that to him.
