He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Lucille Holtzen (Marquart) of Hebron, Nebraska; his children, Brian Holtzen of Glenwood and Amanda Krumwiede (Cameron) of Papillion, Nebraska; his siblings, Dwayne Holtzen of Bruning, Kathleen Eldridge of Fairbury, Nebraska, Karleen Reinsch of Sidney, Nebraska and Kristie Wilkins of Burning, Nebraska; his mother-in-law Ardis Brown of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Patricia Klinker of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
