He is survived by: his sons, David Weier II of Pavilion and Darin Weier of Topeka; his grandchildren, Jacob Bumphrey, Justin Weier, Briauna Barkdoll and Kailani Weier; and his sister Karla Ritchey. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
