He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jr. Maddocks and Betty Louise Maddocks (Olson); his brother Bruce Maddocks; and his brother-in-law Eric Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Maddocks of Glenwood; his children, Stephanie Williams (Dan) of Wilhoit, AZ and Brandon Maddocks of Glenwood; his grandchild Cheyenne Razo (Andy); his great grandchild Charles of Wilhoit, AZ; his grandson Nathan Williams of Jackson, MI; his siblings, Carol Maxwell of Treynor, IA, James Maddocks (Sandy) of Malcom, IA and Alan Maddocks (Techi) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and his sister-in-law June Maddocks of Glenwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and many, many friends.
