It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvella Arlene Bacon (Glenwood, Iowa), who passed away on January 14, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fowler (Wayne), Sherry Reed, Steven Bacon (Sharon), Susan Reed (Mark), Shelly Hane (David), Russell Ted Bacon and Arvella; her friends, Marianne and Bill Johnson; and her brother Anton Hindman. She is also survived by her six children, fourteen grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be directed to: First Congregational U.C.C or the Glenwood Volunteer Fire Association.
