It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Schneider of Gladbrook, Iowa, who passed away on December 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Schneider and Helen Schneider (Cold); his former wife Jean Fynquist; and his son Eric Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sass Pierce; his children, Connie McFadden (David) of Spring Hill, FL, Tom Schneider (Melinda) of Council Bluffs, IA, Julie Purvis (Trey) of Knoxville, IA, Chad Pierce (Tammi) of Gladbrook and Tim Pierce of Gladbrook; and his siblings, Sandy Negus (Bill) of Waterloo, IA, Mary Beth Dixon (David) of Mountain Air, NM and Jim Schneider (Mary) of Reinbeck. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
