We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2018, at the age of 87, Shirley Medberry Coleman Swenson (Gladbrook, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouses, Howard "Chic" Coleman and Donald E. Swenson; her children, Drew Coleman of Gladbrook, Duff Coleman (Mary Rose), Monticello, Donnie Swenson (Arlene), Tama, Darlyne Swenson (Candi Smithson) and Dwayne Swenson of Marshalltown; her daughter-in-law Sarah Coleman Catherall (Dale); her grandchildren, Jonathan Coleman, Jeremy Coleman, Katie Coleman Lueken (Josh), Joel Coleman (Heidi), Jeremy Swenson (Travis Volesky), Trey Swenson, Mandy Swenson (Dana Wotinger) and Mitchell Swenson (Ashley Flathers); her great grandchildren, Cora Mae, Levi Mae, Henry Mae, Taevin Mae and Willow Mae; her siblings, Maureen Medberry Paul Snell and Daryl Medberry; her son David Coleman; her grandson Casey Swenson; her niece Kimberly Brown; and also, Husbands, Howard Coleman and Donald.
