It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Edward Purvis of Gladbrook, Iowa, born in Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away on May 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Purvis and Margaret Purvis (Carstedt); his siblings, Jeannette Voss (Paul) and Richard Purvis; and his parents-in-law, Rex and Fern Sells.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Sells; his sons, Terry Purvis (Vicki) and Trey Purvis (Julie); his grandchildren, Hillary Peña (Zach), Tanner Purvis (Paige), Alex Purvis, Taylor Purvis and Max Purvis; his great grandchildren, Anaya, Mariah Peña and Trace Purvis; and his sister Peggy Lamb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
