She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Bartholomew and Lois Bartholomew (Starr); her husband George M. Nelson; her siblings, Eleanor Robb and Ernest Bartholomew; and her siblings-in-law, Miriam Nelson, Lee Nelson and Gene Robb.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Goodknight (Allan), Craig Nelson, Kirk Nelson (Reina) and Gena Nelson; her grandchildren, Brian Meister, Bradley Meister (Shaela), Nate Nelson (Sherylynn), Heather Borton, Carrie Luckau Nelson, Sarita Roby, Joshua Roby and Courtney Roby; her great grandchildren, Austine, Jordan, Brandon, Kyler, Kael, Damon, Taylor, TreyShawn, Daviontay, Brayden, Dakota, Gretchen, Mason, Kaylee, Nevaeh and Nylah; her great great grandchild Eloise; and her sister-in-law Shirley Bartholomew.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established by the family.
