He is survived by: his wife Caroline; and his children, Debra Bureker (Richard) of Fort Collins, CO, Karen Jones (Boyd) of Farmington, MN, Cristy Pilcher (Mark) of Clarence, IA and Randy Oettchen (Tamara) of Gladbrook, IA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
