With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Swangel formerly of Gladbrook, Iowa, born in Agency, Iowa, who passed away on October 21, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ralph and Arlene Lenox Swangel; and his sister JoAnn Fuller of Marshalltown, IA.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Amy Anderson (Michael) of Corbin, KY, Annette McFarland (Jim) of Orient, OH, Audra Siddell (Everett) of Gladbrook, IA and David Swangel (Heidi) of Seviervile, TN.; his grandchildren, Alethea Goodpasture (James), Aric, Adam Anderson, Hannah, Noah, Esther McFarland, Connor Young (Heather), Drake Young, Kelsy, Trevor Siddell, Maxwell and Abigail Swangel; his great grandchildren, Fionna Hines and Hadley Grace Young; and his siblings, Shirley Tuttle of Wellsburg and Jarold Swangel (Karen) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by several aunts, an uncle, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
