He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Oettchen and Matilda Oettchen (Wrig); and his wife Pat Wrage. He is survived by: his daughters, Madonna Wilson (Kim) of Gladbrook, Connie Strable of Indianola and Judy Peterson (Bob) of Beaman; his grandchildren, Jennie Wilson (Jacob), Moore of Conrad, Lindsey Strable of Des Moines, Loni Droigk (James) of Gladbrook, Travis Strable (Elana) of Indianola, Jamie Espejo of Iowa Falls and Kelsi Knoll (Todd) of Truro; and his great grandchildren, Amaya, Isabel, Ema, Eliza, Cecilla, Lily, Enrique, Aiden, Ava, McKay, Wilson, Penelope, Andrew, Emberly, Gentry, Lauren and Liam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
