He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Delfs and Frances Delfs (Hoadley); his wife Sherry; his sisters, Mary Kliebenstein (Susie) and Margaret Sonkens (Peggy); his brothers-in-law, Don Kliebenstein and Elmer Sonkens; and his nephew Jeff Kliebenstein.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Delfs of Garwin, IA, Randy Delfs (Hannah Ding) of Allen, TX, Barb Gray of Fontanelle, IA, David Delfs (Carissima Lukach) of Cokato, MN, Ron Delfs (Jen) of Anita, IA and Deb Osborn (Jim) of Gladbrook, IA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Chuck's wishes were to have memorials directed to the Gladbrook-Lincoln Ambulance Service.
