She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Lee Rankin and Cleora Pauline Rankin (Wells); her sons, Joseph and Steven; her husband Harry Scurr of Gilman; her children, Kathy Ferguson of Gilman, Joe Scurr (Sandy) of Gilman and Steve Scurr (Sheila) of Beaman, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ashley McCarty (Ryan), Grant Ferguson, Blake Scurr (Erinn), Clayton Scurr, Callen Scurr, Kendall Scurr, Parker Scurr and Joey Scurr; her great grandchildren, Maddox and Paxton McCarty; her siblings, Denny Rankin (Carla) of Lineville, Iowa, Debbie Smith of Grinnell, Joyce Wisgerhof and Beverly Rankin; her niece Sara Walkup (Rankin); and her brother-in-law Jerry Wisgerhof.
