He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Even and Rose Mangrich Even; his stepmother Francis Even; his grandson Kaleb Even; his siblings, Cletus, Joseph, Norbert, Leonard Even and Monica Even; and his sisters-in-law, Maxine, Jean and Ella Even.

He is survived by: his wife Connie of Gilbertville; his children, Angie Tiefenthaler (Tim) of San Francisco, Calif. and Cory Even of Gilbertville; his grandchildren, Casey Tiefenthaler and Kaylee Even; and his brothers, Tony and Ted Even (Delores) of Gilbertville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the National Kidney Foundation or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
