He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard W. Slocum and Betty C. Slocum. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Slocum; his brother Greg Slocum (Andrea); and his uncle Cully Slocum. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
