She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Jewell Johnson and Jean Marie Davis (Johnson); her husbands, Don Lowman and Chuck Austin; her children, Jennifer Lynn Lowman and Mickey Ray Austin; and her brother-in-law Jim Nutty.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Austin (Chuck); her children, Johnny Austin (Nancy) of Pleasant Hill, Iowa and Terri Gale Bernhardt (Don) of Norwalk, Iowa; her daughter-in-law Terri Lynne Austin of Cassville; and her sisters, Charlotte Nutty of Ames and Vicky Hermann (Gene) of Huxley, Iowa. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and their spouses, 22 great grandchildren, along with many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gilbert Lutheran Church (135 School St, Gilbert, IA 50105). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
