He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Molyneux and Hazel Phipps Molyneux; his wife Elaine Middleton; his daughter Julie; his siblings, Lyle Molyneux (Evelyn), Leland Molyneux and Donna Brock (Bob); and his brother-in-law Charles Kitzman.

He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Conrad (Larry) and Kimberly Clubb (Cloyd); his grandchildren, Trevor Conrad (Ashley), Shannon Meadows (Michael), Jordan Conrad, Aaron Greene (Katy), Melissa Fairbank (Jerry), Jesse Greene and Emily Greene; and his sisters, Shirley Johnson (Jim) and Niesha Kitzman. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in Bernie's name.
