She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arends and Mary Arends (Johnson); her husband Sylvester Harms; her siblings, John, George, Raymond, Anne and Mary; her son-in-law Dean Schmith; her great grandchild Ross Radell Schmith; and her great great grandchild Destiny Joy Schmith.
She is survived by: her children, LaDonna and Gerald Harms (Patricia); her grandchildren, Ron Schmith (Marla), Ricky Schmith (Sandy), Randy Schmith (Janet), Lisa Vanderpol (Gary), Ryan Schmith (Britney), Roger Schmith (Shayla), Teresa Harms, Debbie Kock (Bill) and Wendy Harms; and her brothers, Sweer Arends and Henry Arends of Ellsworth, MN. She is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren and twenty-six great-great grandchildren.
