He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Schaa; his wife Mary Snuttjer; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Grace Snuttjer. He is survived by: his mother Marvella Schaa (Ackerman) of George; his daughters, Kathy Oberloh (Dean) of Rock Rapids, IA and Jodi Olson (Jim) of Custer, SD; his grandson Nick Gorter; his daughters, Rebecca Harr (Ryan Houg), Alayna Gorter (Kolten Bus), Brittany Seivert (Justin) and Meredith Waterman (Adam Sims); his great grandchildren, Dimitri, Anastasia Seivert and Levi Harr; and his sisters, Sandra Freese (Vernon) of Worthington, MN and Gloria Terhark (Orvis) of Blue Earth, MN. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law along with numerous extended family.
