He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, Margaret Gardner, Marvin and Wanda Harlan; and his nephew Aiden Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, Jay Dean and Gloria Jean Gardner (Harlan); his children, Steven Kesler (Lorraine) of Geneva, Zachary Gardner of Geneva and Taylor Gardner of Hampton; his grandchildren, Elijah, Hannah, Natalie and Steven; his siblings, Erica Miller (Jess) of Latimer and Brandon Gardner of Thornton; and his nephews, Ashton Miller, Callen Miller and Dax Gardner. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and nephews.
