He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Heineman and Anna Belle Heineman (Wiest); his wife Charmaine R. Selk; his son-in-law Mark Ewoldt; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Paquette, Charles Sterling, Delores "Dort" Ridenour and Marilyn Selk.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Heineman (Connie) of Garrison and Wendy Ewoldt of Dysart; his granddaughter Sarah Johnson (Cody); his great grandchildren, Leland of Garrison, Zachary (Claire Riffey) of Vinton, Aly Goken (Lance), Hudsyn, Haelyn, Kohyn of Traer and Reece Ewoldt (Brooke); his sisters, Mary Paquette of Holland, MI and Marsha Sterling of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings-in-law, Gaylene Gabbert (Ray) of Gilbert, AZ, John Selk of Lawton, OK, Tom Selk of Everett, WA and Russell Ridenour of Dakota Dunes, SD; his close friend Ronnie Wilson; and also Easton of Dysart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
