He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Frayne and Mildred Frayne (Lange); his brother Robert Frayne; and his brother-in-law Rollie Wierda. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Munden; his children, Paul Assing (Theresa) of Duncombe, Lesa El Shamy (El Sayed) of Egypt, Matthew Assing of Crystal Lake, Nancy Assing of Garner, Kelly Frayne of Garner and Joshua Frayne of Mason City; his sisters, Sharon Jones of Ames, Gloria Wierda of Ames and Darlene Pruismann (Mike) of Webster City; and his sister-in-law Pat Frayne of Clear Lake. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
