She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Wellik and Mildred Wellik (Kopacek); her husband Leonard Paca; her brother Elmer Wellik; her sons-in-law, Harris Lackore (Skip) and Dennis Plathe; and her siblings-in-law, Ray, George Paca, JeanAnn and Madelyn Paca.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Paca (Jeri) of Norwalk, Jane Johnson (Vance) of Britt, Doris Dallman (Kurt) of Garner, Eileen Plathe of Wesley, Kevin Paca (Lynn) of Britt, Bonnie Johnson (Mike) of Kanawha and Daniel Paca (Chris) of Solon; her siblings, Joe Wellik (Gloria), Marvin Wellik (Kay), Jerry Wellik (Kathy), Vivian Pritchard (Bill) and Millie Horstman (Paul); and her brother-in-law Kenneth Paca (Dianne). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
