Bakken (Garner, Iowa), born in Clarion, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Tendall and Gladys Tendall (Swenson); her husband Carrol Bakken; her daughter Annette Neely; her great grandchild McKinley Mills; and her sisters, Ruby Hundertmark, Marilyn Howieson and Adilene Tendall.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Bakken (Cheryl) of Forest City, Steve Bakken (Laurie) of Faribault, MN and Karen Johnson (Tom) of Garner; her son-in-law Mike Neely of New Brighton, MN; her grandchildren, Cheila Frayne (Bryan), Brenda Simon (Edward), Dawn Mills, Brad Bakken (Brooke), Alex Bakken, Heather Klemm (Nate), Melanie Thorne (Steve) and Joshua Swalve; her brother Roger Tendall; and her brother-in-law Richard Howieson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
