He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Malloy and Beatrice Malloy (Duffy); his sister Eleanor Madden; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Rydeen and Donald Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Tracy of Garner; his son Marcus Malloy of Joice; his grandson Michael Malloy of New Brighton, MN; his siblings, Joseph Malloy (Susan) of Cummings, IA, Mary Ann Brown of Naples, FL and Sharon Rydeen of Rosemount, MN; and his brother-in-law Tom Madden of Mason City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
