He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Blumer and Fannie Blumer (Heginger); his daughter Cynthia Lou Francis; his siblings, Betty Halverson (Alvin), Ivadell Schoenwetter (Raymond) and Robert Blumer (Iola); and his sister-in-law Thelma Blumer.
He is survived by: his wife Marlys Rafferty; his children, Doug Blumer of Mason City, Sheila Kelly (Kevin) of Garner and Thomas Blumer of Clear Lake; and his brother Don Blumer of Cassville, WI. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Harold Blumer Memorial Fund and will be used to donate to his favorite charities.
