He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Maliyah and Mack; his siblings, Sandy Hejlik (Dennis) of Charlotte, NC and Lindy Lemke (Gary) of Billings, MT; his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Jason Hejlik and Jill Brady; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Jenny, Kelly and Ryan Schaefer; his parents-in-law, Denny and Gail Martin of Iowa Falls; his brother-in-law Blake Martin (Nikki) of Garner; his niece Emily; and his nephew Brody Seims. He is also survived by friends and siblings, he met and married.
