She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Esther Blank (Malek); her husband Donald Johnson; and her siblings, Marcia Blank, Lee, Jack and Curt Blank.
She is survived by: her children, Becky King (Rick) of Pensacola, FL and Tom Johnson (Karen) of Garner; her grandchildren, Tory King (Kathi), Shad King, Heather Bunkofske (Josh) and Neil Johnson (Brandi); her great grandchildren, Josh King, Erin Bunkofske, Shelby Bunkofske, Brayden Bunkofske, Gabe Johnson, Jasmine Johnson and Ty Johnson; and her siblings, Tessie Johnson of Garner and Sylvester Blank (Emma Jean) of Des Moines. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
