With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel L. McCormick of Garner, Iowa, who passed away on June 24, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McCormick and Inez McCormick (Shaver); his wife Joyce Maria Gaffga; his sons, John and Brian; and his siblings, Cleo Anderson, Mike and Larry McCormick.
He is survived by: his sons, Len McCormick (Mary) of Cedar Falls and Paul Allan McCormick (Rebecca) of Rollingstone, MN; his grandson Sean McCormick (Irene); his great grandchildren, Madeleine and Delaney; his grandsons, Brian McCormick and Mathew McCormick; his great grandchildren, Cassidy and Delilah; his grandson Paul McCormick (Brenda); his great grandchildren, Megan and Paul Alan; his granddaughter Amber Kingsley (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Ashley and Christopher; his grandchild Morwen Gerson (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Owen; his grandchildren, Melinda McCormick and Shannon Zabel (Nate); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Hayden and Tristan; his granddaughter Danielle McCormick (Frankie Flud); his great grandchild Frank; and his sisters, Ruth Kilgore, Rita Kerdus and Jean Malley. He is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
