She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Engstler and Rose Engstler (Dankbar); and her brother Ron Engstler. She is survived by: her children, Jan Flaten (Wayne) of Terre Haute, IN, Pat East (Larry) of Waterloo and Steve East (Jody) of Garner; her grandchildren, Kelsey Patel (Chirag), Whitney Indukuri (Dheeraj), Eric Flaten (Christie), Jess East (Molly) and Jay East (Ashley); her siblings, June Van Oort (Homer) of Garner, Duane Engstler (Marylou) of Britt and Russell Engstler (Monita) of Garner; and her sister-in-law Ila Peterson of Lake Mills. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
