She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlen Dahl and Carrie Dahl (Challe) of Ellsworth, Iowa.; her husband William Katter of Garner, Iowa.; and her siblings, Eugene, Arlen Jr. and Kathleen (Archie).
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Heemstra (Ron) of Sioux Center, Vickie Svendson (Mark) of Castle Rock, Colorado, Kelly Katter (Kendra) of Oklahoma City, OK and Bill Katter, Jr. of Garner; her grandchildren, Kim Bosma (Kevin) of Sioux Center, Kayla Gotto (Cory) of Sioux Center, Kyle Heemstra of Sioux Center, Tasha Svendson of Denver, CO, Nicole Ortiz (Damian) of Windsor, CO, Drake Katter (Emi) of Oklahoma City, OK, Dylan Katter of Oklahoma City, OK, Dahlton Katter of Oklahoma City, OK and Marissa Katter of Oklahoma City, OK; her great grandchildren, Malia of Sioux Center, Hayes of Sioux Center, Ledger Bosma of Sioux Center, Callum of Sioux Center, Haven Gotto of Sioux Center, Svea and Eira Ortiz of Windsor, CO; her brother Sterling (Sharon Dahl) of Jewell, IA; her sisters-in-law, Anita Broers of Ventura, IA and Gloria Warren of Shafter, CA.; and also Kathy Gauger of Forest City. She is also survived by 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
