Elizabeth Parr Kregel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Parr Kregel of Garnavillo, Iowa, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lawson and Ann Lawson (McCartney); her husband Donald Edward Kregel; her sister Frances Dixon; and her in-laws, Clyde Dixon and Virginia Lawson.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ted Lawson (Jeanette), Bob Lawson and Jack Lawson (Edna); her sister-in-law Lee Lawson; and her children, Steve Kregel (Lynn), John Kregel (Esther), Carolyn Aspenson (Daryl) and Patti Uhlenhopp (Carl). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crossing Rivers Hospice or the Garnavillo Fire Department.
