He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Adams and Dorothy Adams (Kluver); his brother Allan Wayne; and his son Troy Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Madsen of Galva, IA; his children, Amy Jean (Susan), Shane Allan (Kim) and Bryce James; and his grandchildren, Tanner Wayne and Tory Rae.
