He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Baxter (Lamb) and Stanley Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Baxter (Kelly), Adam Baxter and Jacyntha Staudte (Brent); his siblings, Richard Baxter, Rebecca Hartweg and Laura Goldsmith (Gerald); and his grandchildren, Camden Baxter, Joslyn Baxter and Hadley Baxter.
