He is survived by: his parents, Loren Slick and Carmela Slick (Kolbet) of New Hampton, IA; his sons, Duncan and Beau; his siblings, Steven Slick (Jess Patterson) of New Hampton, IA, Samantha Slick (Anton Tomash) of Alta Vista, IA and Shain Slick (Lisa Jorgensen) of Waterloo, IA; his grandmother Donna Kolbet of Osage, IA; his parents-in-law, Tracy Flugge (Dale) of Fredericksburg, IA and Don Kilcher of Fredericksburg, IA; his siblings-in-law, Karli Zeien (Zach) of Waucoma, IA, Cassie Kilcher (Shafer Phillips) of Jacksonville, NC, Samantha Peyton of Belleville, IL, Tim Harnisch (Colletta) of Elgin, IA and Chad Peyton (Meagan) of Randalia, IA; and his friend Elaine Thein. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
