He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Kammeyer and Leona Kammeyer (Denner); his parents-in-law, Wayne and Harriet Macomber; and his sister-in-law Carol Macomber (Ed Hartson).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Fredericksburg, IA; his daughters, Tiffany Lloyd (Michael) of Waterloo, IA and Lacey Kelley (Todd) of Fredericksburg, IA; his grandchildren, Mishayla, Isac, Vinny, Maeli, Gabriel, Connor, Collins, Kasen, Kass, Michael and Dean; his sister Carol Kalvig (Gary) of Ionia, IA; his niece Lori Lohmann (Eric); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin of Tripoli, IA and Carly of Tripoli, IA; his brothers-in-law, Larry Macomber of North Carolina and Ron Macomber (Trish) of New Hampton, IA; and his pet Oliver. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
