He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Henrietta; his brother Donald Schmudlach; and his son Derek Schmudlach. He is survived by: his children, Wade Lee (Donna Schmudlach) and Alissa Leeann (Brad Bixby); his wife Betty Schmudlach (Burmaster) of Fredericksburg; his son Kerwin Schmudlach of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Stone Schmudlach of Tripoli, Jetti Schmudlach of Tripoli, Casey Bixby, Lucas Bixby of New Berlin, Illinois, Malena Bixby of Kansas City and Kenna Bixby of Marshall, Minnesota; and his brother Roger Schmudlach of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
