She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Koch and Lilly Koch (Tonne); and her sister Bernice Tessmer (Everett). She is survived by: her close friend Barton Phillips of Decorah, IA; her sister Marlys Popes of Clarksville, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Popes of Plainfield, IA, Dean Popes of Clarksville, IA, Karl Tessmer of Tripoli, IA, Sande Fehring (Al) of Shell Rock, IA and Ann Hillard (Jon) of Dike, IA..
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Peace United Church of Christ (221 Oak St, Fredericksburg, IA 50630). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
