As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dawn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Sanderson and Arthenese Sanderson (Leichtman); her stepmother Ann Sanderson; and her sister Saralee Sanderson. She is survived by: her husband David Johnson of Fredericksburg, IA; and her sisters, Teri Johnson (Jim) and Kathy Sanderson of Harpers Ferry, IA.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Fredericksburg Community Center (151 W Main St, Fredericksburg, IA 50630).
