She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlo C. Smith and Dora Mae Carter Smith; her husband Richard Heidbreder; her close friend Bob Azinger; her son Darin Leon Cale; and her siblings, Arlo, Danny Smith and Pat Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Arlo "Randy" Cale (Roger) of Ft. Madison, George Michael Cale (Sherri) of Gardner, KS and Kevin David Cale (Tina) of Donnellson; her stepchildren, Rich Heidbreder (Athena) of Lyndeborough, NH, Mike Heidbreder (Hermie) and Lorie Seager of Fort Madison, IA; her grandchildren, Jason Cale, Tyler Cale, Dylon Cale and Courtney Keazer; and her brother Paul Smith (Faylene) of Burlington, IA.. She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren, Several great grandchildren.
