He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Melvin Sr. and Elizabeth Marie Waytes (Marshall). He is survived by: his daughter Trashanda Waytes (Matthew Oliver); his siblings, Timothy Marshall (Josephine) and Rhonda Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Olivae Oliver and Harper Poole. He is also survived by three step-children; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial has been established and contributions may be left at the Barr Memorial Chapel.
